Fruit Cheese Cake

Fantastically yummy and rich cake. The main fruit here is mango but can be replaced with any other fruit you like.

Recipe:

- Dough
- 2 cups flour
- 20 dkg butter
- 1/2 cup icing sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- pinch of salt
- Cheese Fruit Pulp
- 15 dkg white cheese
- 20 dkg cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoon plum jam
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoon crunchy banana muesli
- 1 ripe mango sliced
- 2 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoon dried cranberries
- 2 tablespoons sliced almonds

Dough: Mix flour with softened butter, add egg yolk, icing sugar, pinch of salt and knead it. Cover it with foil and put to the fridge for half an hour. Pulp: Mix all the ingredients together. Place the dough on the bottom of oily baking tin. Cover dough with the pulp. Bake about half an hour in the oven heated to 200C.
