Chocolate Mousse

Sweet discovery, best for all those autumn windy days and dark evenings. No bake, extremely easy recipe.


Recipe:

- 30 g butter
- 2 teaspoon dark cocoa powder
- 3 eggs (separated)
- 1 cup icing sugar


Mix butter and dark cocoa powder in a pot over low heat. Stir until melted, then set aside to cool. Whisk the egg yolks and sugar in a bowl until nearly white and thick in consistency. Whisk the egg whites. Then gently combine all the three mixtures. Transfer the mousse to small glass cups and chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours, or overnight.

Walnut Apple Pie

Splendid, delicious... best ever. Apple pie with walnuts. What a great combination. Must try.


Recipe:

- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup semolina
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 150 g butter
- half cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 kg apples cut into small cubes
- cinnamon or vanilla sugar
- bread crumbs to sprinkle baking pan

Mix all the loose ingredients (except cinnamon or vanilla sugar) together and cut all the apples. Then sprinkle the apples with cinnamon or vanilla sugar. Next you need to make five layers in your prepared baking pan: first one (bottom) is of the loose ingredients, next the apples, next loose ingredients again, next apples again, next loose ingredients again. On the very top of it you put chopped butter. Preheat the oven to 180C and bake the cake for about 45 min.

Oreo Nutella Chocolate Cheesecake

Best cheesecake ever.


Recipe:

- 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 kg soft cream cheese
- 1,5 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 milk chocolate, melted, cooled
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup nutella chocolate for topping

Mix cookie crumbs and butter, press onto bottom of prepared pan. Bake for 10 min in oven heated to 150C. Mix cream cheese, sugar, flour and vanilla. Add milk chocolate and eggs, mixing on low speed just until blended. Pour over crust. Bake 45 min. or until center is almost set. Cool completely. Refrigerate for 4 hours. Serve topped with nutella.

Fruit Cheese Cake

Fantastically yummy and rich cake. The main fruit here is mango but can be replaced with any other fruit you like.


Recipe:

- Dough
- 2 cups flour
- 20 dkg butter
- 1/2 cup icing sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- pinch of salt
- Cheese Fruit Pulp
- 15 dkg white cheese
- 20 dkg cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoon plum jam
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoon crunchy banana muesli
- 1 ripe mango sliced
- 2 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoon dried cranberries
- 2 tablespoons sliced almonds

Dough: Mix flour with softened butter, add egg yolk, icing sugar, pinch of salt and knead it. Cover it with foil and put to the fridge for half an hour. Pulp: Mix all the ingredients together. Place the dough on the bottom of oily baking tin. Cover dough with the pulp. Bake about half an hour in the oven heated to 200C.

Celery Gorgonzola Sticks


Yummy, tasty, delicious... perfect for any party.


Recipe:

- 10 big ripe celery stems
- 12-13 dkg mascarpone cheese
- 25 dkg gorgonzola cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 finely chopped cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped chive
- pinch of salt and pepper

Melt gorgonzola cheese in saucepan on a low flame. Remove from the cooker and add mascarpone cheese and milk to get thick creamy pulp. Mash the pulp adding garlic, olive oil, parsley, chive, salt and pepper. Cover saucepan with a lid and put to the fridge for an hour. Wash the celery stems, cut into pieces about 8 cm long. Then section along every piece. Fill every celery piece with cheese pulp (you can use cake decorating syringe). Ready.

Apple Cake

Delicious apples with chocolate and ice cream. Lovely cake.



Recipe:

- 1 kg sour apples
- 40 dkg flour
- 200g unsalted butter
- 4 egg yolks
- 3 tablespoons icing sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoon sugar
Crumble:
- 10 dkg flour
- 5 dkg unsalted butter
- 5 dkg icing sugar
- 2 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoon grated coconut
Chocolate Drizzle:
- 2 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon dark cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup sugar

Mix flour with sugar, salt and baking powder. Add butter and egg yolks. Knead all till smooth. Put to the fridge for 1/2 hour.  Then roll out the dough and put onto the baking tray. Grate apples, add 3 tablespoons of sugar and place on top of the dough. Make the crumble - mix all the crumble ingredients, knead and tear off for small, flat pieces. Sprinkle it on top of the apples. Bake for about 1/2 hour. Add chocolate drizzle on top. Serve with favorite ice cream.

Peanut Butter Chocolate Cakes

Recipe:

- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter, slightly softened
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- chocolate candy of your choice, preferably round

Mix flour, soda and salt. Beat butter and peanut butter. Add sugar and beat until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla. Add flour mixture and combine. Roll dough into balls and then roll the balls in sugar to coat.
Press rolled balls into the cavities of a muffin tray or muffin wrappers. Press one chocolate candy into the center of each cookie. Bake for 8-10 minutes in the oven heated to 200 C.
