Yummy, tasty, delicious... perfect for any party.

- 10 big ripe celery stems
- 12-13 dkg mascarpone cheese
- 25 dkg gorgonzola cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 finely chopped cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped chive

Melt gorgonzola cheese in saucepan on a low flame. Remove from the cooker and add mascarpone cheese and milk to get thick creamy pulp. Mash the pulp adding garlic, olive oil, parsley, chive, salt and pepper. Cover saucepan with a lid and put to the fridge for an hour. Wash the celery stems, cut into pieces about 8 cm long. Then section along every piece. Fill every celery piece with cheese pulp (you can use cake decorating syringe). Ready.
