Croutons with spinach and blue cheese

Great for Valentine's day lunch or breakfast.

Recipe:

- sliced white bread
- spinach
- 150 g blue cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 150 ml fat cream or yoghurt
- pinch of salt
- dried thyme
- powdered garlic
- gouda cheese

From bread slices cut out hearts with a cake mold. Bake them in the oven heated to 200C for 10 minutes. Cook spinach for about 10 minutes (I used frozen). Then add salt, butter, cream and blue cheese. Season it with thyme and garlic to suit your taste. Give it a good stir and then put it on the croutons. Sprinkle all with grated gouda cheese.
